Save your money mate. Honestly.
He might be a clever guy, I had a copy ages ago, most of his recipes were brain 🧠 dead heavy on many, and often, quite expensive ingredients, he was sponsored by bait companies at the time, or around launch of hyped paper grail..
Funnily thing is if you are a more mature carper, you will see him in the odd solar tackle catalogue and hutchy catalogue, having caught on more normal carp baits. 
He must have decided to go for the ultimate bait after this normal phase.
Better more sensible information on this forum

Yes read that it is heavy going but still wanted to read it. I didn't want to spend over £100 for it though.
