Second vote for Rushglen at Bishops Bowls, well kept and ran fishery, very secure set it an old limestone quarry, well stocked tackle shop and cafe on site, well spaced pegs with plenty of room for each angler and features on most if not all pegs. Plenty of Carp to go for, I had 12 in 24 hours on a freezing down to minus 4 at night February trip a couple of years ago although nothing about 12lb it kept me up most the night and was good to get a few bends in the rod in such cold conditions. Follow the wind and u should find them, never ignore the margins and ask the owner or any of the staff there for info when u arrive and they will put u on the fish would be my advise there. Regular angler are friendly chaps to and will help u out to. Check their Facebook page for up to date information and captures.

Are you looking at weekends mate? If so, you'll get muppets casting in your swim wherever you go. Baden Hall tends to be quiet mid week.

A few to consider, but I've not tried any of these and not sure they're classed as runs waters:

Seighford Lakes in Stafford
Bells Mill
Marchamley Pools
Lavender Hall (you can book pegs here)
Kingsnordley
Brooms Cross
Meadow View
Chester Lakes
Greenwood
Cool Acres
Wyreside
Shakerley Mere
Commonwood
Clear Water

There's always Crudmore in Stoke, there's defo runs waters there, but it will be worse than Baden Hall.

You may also get a lake exclusive for 3 of you.

Looking to take a couple of mates who want a bend in the rod for 48 hours. Tried Baden Hall Lodge pool and we hated it, lads casting into our swims because we had caught, far too many pegs next to each other. Thought I'd get some advice off here.
