Thanks lads, that will go down as one of the most special ones I have caught I think! I can’t think of a better one in the U.K. and to be surrounded by some nice lads mate it all better!
Also means I can set my sights on another one now 😂

We don’t often post photos on here but these are well worth a look as they won’t appear anywhere very often!
The big french carp in between was part of a mega haul in a murky silty lake and the captor noted that the bright and strong tuttis produced all of the bites with a couple of sixties and several 50s to boot!
The U.K. fish all fell to the krill and cal Wafters over our old k20 high protein krill bait with extra salt.

UK 50lb on the Krill and Cal Wafters. These lads caught more carp in a season than anyone else I have ever heard of!

Fished overnight Friday after work on our little syndicate, I was happy to see one of the pretty little mirrors we stocked back in last May at 6.6lb out at 9.9lb and nutty male common at 15.12lb I've had before, both fish heading in the right direction and both were caught on a herb hard hooker straight on the bottom.

Some of the liquids in the hookbaits are very potent, others not so much.
Krill and cal is strong, sting also and deep c stays with me all day 😂
The booster liquids are there for you to decide wether you need them or not!
Some of the lads fishing in silt and onion weed go mad with them whereas others like myself tend to use a few drops after 2/3 weeks and then I leave them alone.
Buoyancy on a wafter…….
If you get a bland wafter that is made out of nothing edible, the buoyancy should remain for a good few hours.
Adding foods and milks and additives increases the attraction but also those same products can allow water ingress. I’m happier knowing that it tastes and smells better even if they are laid on the deck. The wafter is the hardest hookbait to make for everyone and to be honest we sell thousands and they catch a cart load of fish. I’ll happily send you some replacements jo. Remember that even if it is laid on the floor after 8 hours, it is still weightless compared to freebies of the same size!!
Did you all see the catch reports from the last week on the krill and cal? Those lads alone must have had ten tins between them and all those mega fish came to them! A hookbait made from fishmeal, krill, calanus, minamino, liver is always gonna catch a few carp!
