There’s a reason Hearn gets booed at fights, the fans know he’s in it primarily for his on gains, he try’s to pillock the boxing nation but the fans know. Looks after his earners £, cash flow...

Good though when your there in the post fight interviews and the booing starts, quite funny really

Facts are nobody is bigger than the belts imho and they should announce mandatory defences now and again, that would sort it out

Your fighting bums again, you need to fight Mr X before X date or you loose the belt, simple for me. Takes Hearn and all the others con men out of it, just arrange the fight

Oh definitely ruiz is a bit of a last resort, thing is who else is there that would have stepped in at that short notice and would be more competitive? Hunter I don't reckon would have faired any better than ruiz will, Parker ortiz both too short notice, whyte possibly but what would the draw be in America?, most of the other possible candidates are already scheduled to fight elsewhere, or he's already beaten them. I know I won't bother watching this one if it is confirmed as ruiz

Yeah they probably all as bad but hearn has the world champ , he calls the shots ! Ruiz looked fat and unfit in his last fight, and should not pose a threat at all , I hope he finds that lucky punch to stop hearn and joshua in their tracks.

Im afraid the heavyweight division is becoming a joke , struggling to find an opponent for a world title fight ! Its crazy , hearn cant keep putting joshua together with no hopers , whoever he faces next has got 4 weeks to prepare , Hearn is an absolute disgrace and is turning the sport into a circus.

It is mate, very disappointing. I fully believe its not the men themselves but the promoters who are making a cock up of the scene at the minute. I know it was ortiz manager who ducked the aj fight, and ortiz and his trainer aren't happy about it at all. Would have been a nice payday for him at the end of his career, he knows he won't get that kind of money against anyone else

As a fan, extremely disappointing if I’m honest

He might get a reasonable fight against those 2, but expect him to ko either by around the mid way point tbh. Ruiz is quite ponderous and easy to hit, hunter is a blown up cruiser with decent speed but not much power. Don't think ortiz would have anything for him these days either, he's definitely on the decline and quite quickly too by the look of it. Looks like Beyonce wilder has his next 2-3 fights planned already, and fury has taken a huge backwards step with his next opponent so not sure wtf is going on there. Just when there looked to be all sorts of decent big fights just round the corner it all seems to have got to a **** show and they are going their separate ways.

Joyce ain't getting that, Parker has turned it down already. Either hunter or Andy ruiz are the frontrunners, should be announced by Wednesday this week apparently

Agree, if.

The only chance Allen has is to put it on him

I see Ortiz turned down Joshua

I read Joshua’s potential next opponent could be American Michael Hunter, unbeaten Brit Joe Joyce or a rematch with Joseph Parker
