In reply to Post #1857 She is the best woman boxer ever one of only eight boxers in history (female or male) to hold all four major world titles in boxing—WBA, WBC, IBF, and WBO—simultaneously
she has won 18 gold medals ! (google)
but she is 35 now
and yes terrible cut it was a fair decision I fell asleep and missed the Benn and Ebanie Bridges v Mailys Gangloff match

In reply to Post #1852 I know myself that he’ll try scrape every penny from him that he can. I also know tonight’s fight is a backward step for Nathan. As for River Wilson Bent at this moment in time he needs Nathan more.
Nothing to do with loyalty to my mate and yet now you’re saying facts as stated.
Absolute fantasy land where someone APPARENTLY told Warren how good Bent was in training. He’s sparred with River Wilson but I’ll just leave it there as to how that went. All I’ll say is that what you say as apparently ‘apparently- what on earth does that even mean?’ being relayed back to Frank is absolute 30110k5.
As for loyalty towards Nathan I’ve said previously if he turns out not to be good enough then it won’t be through a lack of trying and he’d have lived the dream. Anyone would think my loyalty makes him out to be this or that.
Edit - Notice that you say Warren pulled Nathan out and yet previously you said Nathan and Warren pulled out. Why you made Nathan out to be running scared I don’t know.

In reply to Post #1849 I understand your loyalty to your mate but the facts as stated in boxing news mag and various other sources are that frank warren cancelled the fight and that heaney had a massive row with him over it as its a fight he wanted ! As i said previously warren will get every penny out of him before throwing him on the scrap heap , the choice of opponent tonight is a step backward in his career not forward as is the case with river wilson bent whom if he wins though im not convinced he will will then be on the world stage.
Nathan is a talented lad but does now need to step up as you say he was fighting much better opponents in his first few fights.
The fight did,nt happen because warren would,nt sign the contract .

In reply to Post #1847 Your choice of word that APPARANTLY Warren was told Bent was far superior fighter for Heaney is duly noted.
You couldn’t be more further from the truth if you tried. As for watching Bent in training and how superior he is couldn’t be more further from the truth as to what I actually know.
Edit - I’m fully aware that Warren is handpicking Nathan’s opponents,’every promoter going would also take advantage of this and Warren is no different’. However this shouldn’t ever be perceived as Nathan not being above this kind of level.
Edit - Having read your post again you say that you told me that fight wouldn’t happen.....Why, was it going to happen then and Nathan pulled out?.
Think you could do with a new supplier of information.

In reply to Post #1844 You have got that totally wrong it was nathan and frank warren that pulled out of the fight with river wilson bent , after watching bent in training apparently warren was told bent was a far to superior fighter for heaney to take on as a loss at his age would end his career. Warren hand picked this opponent who has 48 losses and 2 draws out of 60 bouts ! to earn a few quid before that happens .If you look at my post 1825 (aug 6) i told you he would,nt take that fight
Bent is now fighting the bosnian janjanjn 37 pro fights (29 wins) who took world class martin murray eight rounds on a bumper bill on sept 10th the same bill heaney pulled out of (sam eggington bill )
