I've really been enjoying fishing with retractable 10 footers, I should have done it years ago!

So far, I've tried SS2600's, GS4000's which have both felt a little too small and 5000t tournies which were far too big.

So what reels have people settled on with similar rods? Places in fishing too I might cast 70ish yards but mostly 30-50 yards and might catch a low thirty but more likely doubles/low twenties.

I think I'm after more cranking power than the SS and GS without the bulk/weight of the Tournie. Budget around £100 a reel.

Cheers
