We will see, 19 is taken

I was the first on pegs 9 and 10 but got ejected by the bailiff saying «  those pegs are booked »... a real back Stab after mailing me «  first arrive, first choice » at the payment...

as far as i know swim 12 now has a maximum of 60 yards out, Dave the bailiff was very quick to point this out to me when i was there in late august early September the spot at 80-85 yards is old banker spot your about 10-15 yards short of being level for the point opposite swim ten there is a hole iirc its almost 3 metres deep , around it is 2-2 1/2 meters the fish make a beeline for it when they move in or out of the bay that holds swims 13 and 14 like the Deekay says you'll know when their in there, but i do find they spook easy... there are a couple of clear spots close but the weed is starting to detach this time of year so these may be harder to find
i fished this time of the year a few times there and found the little swim on the side of 19 looking down to swim one to hold a lot of fish there is a big gully 3 rod lengths out and then it shallows to the weed i've had two good sessions in there this time of the year in the past

If they are in there then you can't miss them, if they aren't, go elsewhere.

not the swim it was now its been restricted to 60yards, but stand on the pallet in the front of the swim look at 90 degrees and you should see a overhanging tree into the water (cant miss it most of the lower foliage is missing where it's been cast at a million times) you need to be under the overhang

if no one is in 10 then at 85 yards directly to the pilon just to the right of the island is a hole i had 5 fish out of that last year just don't get caught casting there
then there is a bag hanging in the tree to right about 45 degrees just find the gravel there those are the spots i fish when there
Best of luck

Had one for 6 years till last year which was a big disappointment, made some great friends and most people where regulars every winter, it was a good atmosphere, i don't know how it will pan out this year as all the winter tickets where sold off a waiting list before a lot of us had a chance to buy them, a large group of us have been invited to a winter ticket on a well known dutch lake by one of the old winter ticket regulars so looking forward to that this year.

Yes mate there are, about 18 euro each way if I remember correctly. You can do either cash or card, although my mates card would work on them mine did

Just returned from abbey boats on kingy r still in use stil plenty of cats they will be impossible to ever remove them all as I got done numerous times by them weed is still bad in places but it’s what they live in I fished in the weed and did well the carp will prosper no question kingy was fishing well when I was there 3 weeks ago rats were of no issue complex was very quite due to the heat I think but fish were still coming out complex is still relaxed nobody on ya back when fishing cats r being put in a lake called hook I’m think and won’t be fished for but sold on at some point . I believe u will always be able to target cats in kingfisher no matter how much they remove certainly for the next year or 2.
