ESP have released details of these new brollies on there social media feeds if interested.

Looks like the rebirth of the brolly as a shelter. I see Nash and Fox are bringing the brolly back to market as well. Can't beet fishing under a ribbed brolly. Trakker should be done under the trade description act for calling there shelters brolly with out a rib insight.

Sorry, havent been on here much - no pics at the moment (will ask if thats ok).

I'll check weights but I use mine (58") just with two short poles, and then 4 pegs and feels very lightweight. I use it on the lowest settling and still gives loads of coverage for a 'normal' bedchair @(duralite in my case) with rucksack behind, cool bag by head and brew kit on a bucket next to me.

This was a reply from Dave regarding the brollies from a brief exchange of messages this week.

Will be in shops from mid July. Total weight including mozzy mesh (which comes with it), 4 storm poles, mini groundsheet, 8 pegs and bag is 5kg.
Brolly on its own is 3.7kg (used ultra strong 8.5mm ribs which adds a bit of weight but makes it proper solid) and in most situations you only need 2 storm poles 👍

The 52 inch gives a nice old school
Vibe

Did anyone notice the little o rings on the two top ribs. I can only think it’s a way of attaching a mozzi front. Looking forward to seeing one in the flesh.
