Thursday night, decided to fish (why not! ) and got to lake.
Rods 2 and 3 out to a spot I baited with particles / coppins pellet and about 50 boilies.
Left rod to a margin spot, 5 rod lengths to my left.
All set up in the dark and just settled down. Heard what sounded like a nice sized fish lump over the left rod, then again -- so I decided to stick the camera on a tripod in the bivvy and point out towards the rods.
Laid there watching the camera screen recording for 10mins before I nodded off. Next thing I know I am awake and on the rod.
When I reviewed the footage the run came in minute 11 so I had nodded off and got the run a minute later.
I often wonder how many beeps happen before I wake up and get on the rod, I think you'll agree that was quite a quick response for an old timer like me, I had to get shoes on before I got to rod too!
Anyhow, why stick this video in here? Because it was on a SHB hook bait, TC1 wafter.
I've now caught the biggest carp in this syndicate water TWICE in the last month on this bait, last session I had 15 fish including a couple 28's. Shame I can't share pics but there's a publicity ban :(

FishOn Ricci, another chunk from Welly ScopexPineapple S2 balanced over shops fermented particle & Krill. He's only just started fishing it. A couple of trips as far as I know. It's incredible what he has caught already.

In reply to Post #399 We have Dutch anglers using them yes Dan. We have anglers all over Europe using them still even after Brexit. Message us on our work mobile on WhatsApp tomorrow. I'm abroad currently, it's free on WhatsApp. Orders going out rapidly still whilst I'm away. Number is on contact page of our website. Or pop me a PM. I'll explain all.

In reply to Post #391 Mesmerising catches. Do you have any Dutch customers? And can you ship it to NL or has Brexit buggered that? Love to try them here.

In reply to Post #394 Again they are something that's going onto the new website mate. They will no longer be called S3 when the new website comes though. They will be identical, in red or white, but will be called Cinnamon S2 going forwards, that's what they are really.
The same is happening with the yellow S4, they will be identical, but will in future will be called Chocolate S2, as that's what they are really.
As we have added baits it's all become a little confusing for new customers. That is going to get rectified when the new website goes live.
We have some white S3 balanced done now Dicky in 16mm & 13mm, no red at the moment. WhatsApp message the work phone if you want any, please say it's Dicky from CF.

In reply to Post #393 Hello Mark, have you got any plans to do the S3 in a wafter?

Look what was found at work yesterday. That’s an eight or nine year old bag of S2 cork balls. The cracked ones that were not suitable for sale. They are what I used for my own personal fishing before the Crushed Cork was released. I went fishing with the stuff not good enough for sale.
The fact that they slowly get better with age… That right there is a bag of absolute gold dust.

In reply to Post #390 Exactly like that...sorry I never noticed them before! I have some of your balanced baits and they have done me well even in my time limited fishing. I honestly can't remember which ones without looking at the pot which is stuffed in my fishing bag at home. There are times I have not used them due to wanting a hard on the bottom bait.
I also have a pot of balanced S2 Fizz which I picked up from Fishon a month or so ago but not used them yet.
I will have a fresh look at the website tonight and probably get some bottom baits on order

FishOn Ricci, lovely Welly carp. ScopexPineapple S2 13mm balanced over shops fermented particle/Krill. Ricci was told when he walked onto Welly that it's a boillie water and they don't 'do' particle whatsoever.
He had absolutely loads on his first trip. Loads since. Never listen to what works & what does not on any lake. Do your own thing like Ricci does.

Jacko has a new hat on after NashBaits demise, same results. RedBerryVanilla S2 balanced over Urban freezers.

Steve at Mirror lake in France. TC2 fishmeal hook baits. He caught loads more, these were the bigger ones.

David, pink S2 over MC Nut

In reply to Post #388 What like these ones Peter? S2, GPB1 & GPB2 straight bottom bait barrels.
We will be doing 20mm straight round bottom baits in the future on the new website. We can do those for you in the winter as special orders right now. December onwards.
The bottom photo is 'special orders' of 24mm GPB2 balanced top row, and 24mm GPB2 straight bottom baits on the bottom row. All sitting in supersized tubs. The tubs are sitting alongside straight bottom bait barrels in the wire mesh tray.
The big common in Willen was caught on one of those 24mm in the photo this year. And one of the most special fish in Kent too that I was not allowed to show.
The bigger baits are a nightmare for us because of our curing process. The baits need to be dried over & over again in between cures. The bigger the bait, the longer that takes. Those 24mm are an absolute nightmare for us to produce, but they are supersonic in terms of attraction.
