In reply to Post #80 It did make me laugh when Lineker said that Everton were 'point less' after 3 games...
We've known that for years
And scozza - luck has nothing to do with it. Good game management, tactical awareness and positive substitutions. Isak - one of Newcastle's best players - after the sending off... pocketed by gomez and matip. The commentator only said his name again when he was being subbed.
That's not luck.
A soft penalty to come back against forest.... that's lucky....

In reply to Post #79 Ref got carried away with the crowd. If Newcastle strikers could finish it would have been over before nunez had the chance to show them how to. Strange wknd of football really Utd and everton ***** as usual though.

In reply to Post #78 I thought the first yellow card was strange, Trent Alexander-Arnold was fouled, he didn't throw the ball away, he just bounced it downwards.

In reply to Post #76 It's all good natured here mate.
They were two great finishes.
I'm as surprised as I am delighted as the 1st half was a car crash fir us (apart from alisson again). Trent looked terrified to make a challenge after the booking and let off.
Told you Gordon was a little **** didn't I?
It was telling that your subs felt very much second rate (Wilson excepted) whereas ours were game changers

Horrible 1st half.
Then the 2nd .... elliot and jota first off changed the energy then nunez.. bloody brilliant
All that was missing was a few more close ups of Gordon's face at the end
No sign of Stuart yet....

In reply to Post #72 He'll be utd top scorer again.
Just watched the west ham v Chelsea game.
Hard not to chuckle when caicedo comes on and his main contribution is giving away a penalty
The sending off makes a mockery of mac allisters yesterday. The west ham lad went for a second yellow with a tackle that was ten times worse than mac's straight red...

In reply to Post #70 Rashford is the only one who will get you regular goals in that team
Sancho was supposed to be the next Ronaldo and instead he's the new Juan Veron - brilliant until he got to united and then completely forgot how to play football
City just got another win. Phil foden played really well again. Haaland blanked. He's past it. One season wonder. They should get rid now before the transfer window closes....

A deserved win for the spuds
There were chances but UTD can’t finish for toffee and this s a REAL concern for me, no different to the last few seasons, Rashford and the rest of them want ****ing off sharpish, another Danny Wellbeck, looks the part but never will be. I would love to know Fergies true thoughts, Sancho, ****ing rubbish and that’s under another system, grrrrrr
Rasmus in, the rest out, long live the messiah
Maddison, credit to the lad, what a player

In reply to Post #68 Once they got in front and started to push they did look good.
A more fluid attack without kane maybe?

In reply to Post #66 Yeah very soft red. Not sure if they'll appeal it though.
Watching your lot now against the evil mancs
Two teams in need of a proper striker..
