Indeed, but in his defense he sometimes has a picture of a fish!
Pimp is still hauling everywhere he fishes.
Stace was cool.
I removed some of the inactive MODs a while back as I didn't want people PM'ing them and the PM sitting there for days/weeks unanswered. They done nothing wrong

Could be wrong but I don't remember them being on here.
We could do them on here but Non Carp is a bit quiet.
I've asked questions asked on Non Carp but they haven't attracted much attention, but with a bit of rewording, making them vaguely fishing orientated, put them in the other sections and you get plenty of replies.

I liked the other mod who was a psychiatric nurse? (john Wrench?) What was his name? we did a social at wyreside years ago where quite a few of the mods came.
Stace? I remember he was a nice bloke.
What about the lad from South Africa? I used to enjoy answering his questions!

Not sure who that would've been. I know there were some good anglers on there but I kept out of that sort of thing.
There was some good non fishing threads on there.
There was one called 'What Really Winds Me Up' and another 'What Really Cheers Me Up' which could do well on here.
However you could never get away with the one called 'Small or Trash' as it wasn't very PC
Still it's gone but this one remains

It was quite anti CarpForum to be honest but I didn't join in that aspect as I've never had a problem with this forum which is and always been the best.
Yes, Moley and a few others did leave on bad terms, I can't remember being personally involved in the bother, I think back then there were often arguments between MODs (there were lots of MODs (and problems!) due to how busy the site was)
I'm very much of the opinion that people can go do what they like, as long as they're not lying about a situation/person and spreading it to try to gain favour/support.
That has happened in the past too (won't name him!) but he's left a trail of failed attempts at a few different businesses and I do enjoy watching from the side lines as he tries to promote his next bull**** venture with only a very small following of ring-piece-tongue-punchers commenting on his FB posts
