In reply to Post #8 Thank you for the offer.
I’m going to go for the Ultimate boat.

In reply to Post #1 I put one up for sale late last year
“ FOX - 200X 2.0M INFLATABLE BOAT AIR DECK
Bought 3 weeks ago and used for one week in France looking for £540 OVNO collected from Essex”
It’s still sitting in my shed unused, so if you can stretch to £450 it’s yours?

Thank you for the reply.
That looks decent for the money.
Would anyone know how stable the 180 sizes are.

In reply to Post #1 For £400 your options will be limited. If you look at fishdeal they sell the Ultimate 180 Airdeck for £350. They are based on fox eos very good for the money. Packs away small and easy, has an airdeck and relatively light for a inflatable.

Hi all,
I’m after some advice on a sub £400 inflatable.
I’ve never had an opportunity to use a boat before in my fishing with the exception of piking on a punt at Bury hill years ago, so I have no idea where to start.
My trips will be no more than 15 hours tops so need something that packs down relatively small and quite lightweight/easy to pack away onto a portalight barrow for long walks.
As it’ll only be used for occasional baiting up and if I’m lucky, landing a fish. An outboard will not be necessary as they’re not allowed. So something with really good stability when rowing will be a must for a novice user like myself.
I’m thinking a boat of 2m will be a happy medium.
Any recommendations and tips for use will be appreciated.
Thanks,
Ed.
