I wouldn't get a cast iron pan ,they weigh a ton ,but did you know Trangia do a whole range of frying pans ,if you go on the Trangia website you'll see what I mean

These pans can be used in,or on they heat source,so they tough
Trangia,also bringing out a ceramic ,super non stick pan drekkly.

Also....if I was looking ,and used a gas heat source,I'd definitely be looking at Trakkers granite range ..

Stainless is a faff, I know because,I have MSR Seagulls..

Bit of a random one, my ridgemonkey is knackered, I need a new pan. Non stick pans never last, has anyone had much luck using a stainless steel pan or a seasoned cast iron one?
