Probably best to phone ahead. There customer service is second to none. They might want to save on postage, who knows..

They're pretty helpful - I'd be calling in advance.

I once had a faulty item from solar tackle and I exchanged it when I went to their warehouse
So it's maybe worth a try if you print out the original order form/receipt

I bought it direct from them. Only picked it up from the post office today. Didnt open it till after they had shut.
Its a manufacturing fault, completed the returns bit on their site but waiting on someone to review it so i know what to do with it

Have you spoken to them?
As they will probably tell you to return it to the retailer you purchased it from.

They won't be open tomorrow and they will probably tell u to post it back i'd say they won't want members of the public just turning up at their warehouse

Anyone know if they will take a return in person.
Ive order a pair of trousers that i need to return due to a fault. Im just after a direct exchange. Rather than messing about with the post office etc, im wondering if i can pop in as im driving pretty much past the warehouse tomorrow.
Also, are they open saturdays?
