Spinlock deckvest lite I use, yachty mate of mine advised me on ,
Super light and unobtrusive
Re Tether points to your boat totally agree a small lightweight plastic boat will be gone in seconds with no chance of catching up.
Also advise to Tether to the kill switch if using an engine.

Kind of wrong too, the idea of a life jacket is to be seen. Don't often see folk mention tethering to their boats either come to think of it. Good luck getting back to your boat in a decent wind!

I use a Bluewave 150N Navy Automatic Lifejacket and change the gas system every year regardless of if its been activated or not.

Have looked at and know people who have the Harveys one as well so wouldn't hesitate to buy one of them - also if important to you, they come in camo and Khaki

Just out of interest, what's folk using or recommending at the moment?

Gonna dig mine out of the shed this weekend, it's been a while, gas charged one, need to check it out and see if it's still usable, cant remember the name
