Yes total fishing tackle is whom you need to contact as you purchased from them, so have a contract with them not avid
I used their WhatsApp going back, it worked well.

Avid do not have to talk to you at all.
You can only request a refund as long as it's within 30 days
Otherwise it's a repair or replacement but if that fails you can then Request a refund.
Over 6 months old and you will have to prove the fault was there before hand and you need an independent specialist to do that. And you have to pay for it
But,
If you take them to court you will if you win get that back

Total fishing tackle have always been great when i had an issue. Send them a msg on whatsapp and they get back pretty quick.

I have 20 emails to total sometimes they reply. And avid just don't reply now
6 weeks now waiting for a replacement reciver for the alarms under warranty
Told total that I want a full refund now. Its not total tackle fault it's avid.
Total only reply as soon as we get it we send it to you
