Top end was good during the day,you can access the whole lake from the cabin, bait boat would be a must though.
We all caught once we'd sussed where fish were

Thanks for the reply, the cabin sold it to me for the boys!

How did you get on? I’m thinking to move to the back of the lake during the day and by the cabin at night, unless the whole lake is accessible from the cabin, hard to tell from the photos.

We went last year, perfect for 2,3 is doable.
Fairy shallow in places, fish spent a lot of time in the edge, properly tucked under bushes and under cuts in the bank.
Road can be noisy at night but the cabin is a game changer,it's perfect for relaxing, having a meal, drink,BBQ.
Owners pretty much let you get on with it,we had an issue with the solar which was sorted quickly.
Shops 10 minutes away.
