In reply to Post #1 I'd expect most 10mm (10 plus paste skin for 12 finished) cork ball pop ups to be good for 24hrs if competently made, there seems to be no shortage of choice these days.. When I used to fish them, Aquabait were brilliant either dulled down or visual. Worth a try..

A few of my favourites were condensed milk, pineapple nbutyric, maple cream and fishy peach.

Who makes the most buoyant 12mm pop ups? Must be able to hold up a chod with a size 6 hook for at least 24 hours
