Sonik xtractors rods won’t go wrong with them and for reels hard to beat for the money Okuma Inception inc 6000 reels or as already said tackle box Darent valley 10ft rods

If you go.on the main NGT website ,they do two or three rod set ups in the short rod genre your after ...including the profiler 60 mini pit ,similar to a Kast King or Nash ,in looks ..

Just an idea 💡


NGT online ,on the deals section, is the one to look at ,probably completely set him up !

What about the Darrent Valley combo deals that Tacklebox do? 10ft 3lb rod and reel for £85.

My boy has the 11ft 3lb darrent valley rods and they are superb for the money.

Hello all , im looking to get a 2 rod set up for my 12 year old nephew for xmas 2 rods 2 reels and a rod bag , was thinking to go down the 10ft route or scopes but obviously the scope set up is expensive can any recommend something similar to the scopes or December 9ft or 10ft something decent for the money , also same with the reels thinking mini big pit reels good quality that wont break the bank and also same with the rod bag , thanks in advance 👍👍
