                        In reply to Post #1 Cut the tubing at 45° and it should thread into the tail rubber ok.  
If you need to thread a bead then make two cuts into the tubing at a very shallow angles to make a long thin v, then thread onto the bead and pull through. 
Maybe try a pellet bander to open the end of the tail rubber. 
BTW, if using leadcore its good to make a small 45° cut in the end of the tail rubber so it can more easily pass over the end of the leadcore if fishing semi fixed in non weedy or snaggy conditions.

                        In reply to Post #1 Not what you're asking, but if there are no made alternatives you can use a section of plastic sea fishing boom, cut the front at a 45 deg angle to make it easier to thread, before I got a Solar one.

                        Solar Tackle & Nash seemed to stop selling tube tools for inserting beads or anti tangle sleeves on tubing. 
Any body come across an alternative tool from another manufacturer please?
