Hi All

After getting sick of repairing my aged net (which i never liked anyway).
It was heavy, almost impossible to manoeuvre in the water and with a micro-weave base also next to impossible to lift out of the water..

Finally decided to replace the bugger.
Firstly Jeez nets are that expensive....! there were ones there for over £200....

So anyway went for the 42" Fox X3-S with 6 Ft handle £95, nice bit of kit (for a net) feels balanced at full reach (Dry) and comparing the two much easier to handle overall.

Not actually had the opportunity to try netting a fish with it yet but have high hopes.

Drawbacks.
No Wet-Net Bag included yes my rod bag has a wet compartment but that's also where i keep my Rod-Pod and don't want that all tangled up in the mesh.

So far giving it 8/10
