You could also use weight and scales and tie the weights to the hooks and see which takes more pressure...if you get me

I’d also invest in some safety glasses would not want to get a bit of shattered hook in the eye

Tie some hooklinks with 100 pound braid, each with a loop, pulla tools, hook the hooks in eachother, one alie and one of your usual, and see which gives. You only get a relative indication and know nothing about the point, but at least you know something about the wire. Reading along, since i'm curious about the results (i think the hooks will be fine btw) and better methods to test.

I have bought some hooks from Aliexpress and I want to try and test their strength compared to branded hooks.

Any idea how I could do this?
