I’ve just had dealings with Fox customer services regarding a similar problem, the control box on my transporter snapped in half although it was my fault, it’s still a crappy design though. Anyone that has one be careful!

TBF I got immediate replies to all the emails I sent with what part number to order etc. and I found them quite helpful. The replacement handle (£85 ) took 3 weeks to come though.

If it helps, the emails I were sending were to eurocustomerservices@ratheroutdoors.com

If you purchased it from a shop your contract is with them not fox. You should first of all return it to the shop.

Fox and Solar need to go and take a leaf out of Kordas book. They are absolutely second to none. Always reply, always happy to at least try and help.

It's such as easy thing to fix as well and neither company seems in the slightest bit bothered.

I had to wait 3 months for a fox power plus Barrow. It finally arrives and the control on the right hand bar is broken. It’s brittle plastic and it was shattered in the packaging. No damage to the packaging at all. Emailed fox. Sent pictures. Proof of purchase and heard nothing back. Nobody answers the phone. Nobody replies to emails.
Talking about a piece of kit that they sell for upwards of 900 quid. It’s not lead clip or bobbin. Honestly so fed up with it all.
I should’ve gone with a Nash Barrow.

Absolutely flipping awful. Zero communication. Surely it can’t just be me. The money I’ve spent on fox gear over the years. Stop releasing new gear and sort out the gear you currently sell. Soooo peed off with it.
