Did well on the arctic crab, keep meaning to give the red squid a try.

Red Sea squids a great bait. Shelf life’s are nice and soft too

In reply to Post #3 I was thinking the K2 would be a good bait to use on the rivers for Barbel as a high leakage bait with high amounts of liquid ingredients in it and try it for Carp as well.
Currently using Handcraft the Herb but before that many years on B5.

In reply to Post #1 Love this bait. Had the best start of the year compared to last 4 years using it. Been using the artic crab and was reluctant to change but this appears to be another successful bait from RG baits.

In reply to Post #2 It's a great bait if your lake is one that responds to fishmeals, as mine does. I'm not really looking to change, but we are always looking for the next best thing.
I will not switch completely to a new bait. I always use a proven bait alongside a possible future bait. Where I fish has always fished best with red fishmeals. Solar squid and octopus, worked well, as did shellfish b5. Some lakes just work well with a stinky fishmeal bait. Some prefer nut baits. I only know one lake where I would fish a nut bait in preference to a red fishmeal.

Hi I was going to use the ABS K2 this year, what are your thoughts on it please?

Looking for my bait for this summer, currently using A B.S Hydra K 2. This bait from RG seens to tick all the boxes for me on the lake I'm fishing. I have used their arctic crab before which I think is an excellent bait. I'm reluctant to leave A.B.S as I really rate Geoff and the guys, and I can collect my bait. Has anyone used this latest R.G. offering, who can give an honest appraisal.
