Sounds very much like Matt Hayes 'From Source to Sea'. I really enjoyed that series, was hoping for more. Sounds like this will be worth a watch, thanks for posting

This is a video series where two Italian guys are fishing the thames from the source to London in search of pykes. Even if they don't have got to the final place yet.
Some episodes have English subtitles some haven't but, apart from some description of places or others interesting things about monuments they stumble across on the way, they talk about fishing in a bit chavvy way that annoying me as well. But I found an interesting watch to see some river landscapes.
