The Linear complex is closed due to flooding & will likely be closed for 3 weeks.

Linear lakes are mostly runs waters good for a bite all year.

Quite a different venue to linear but I've always like the Island Lake at Theale. Small water but a healthy stamp of fish and a nice set up in terms of parking/swims.

Morning all,

I have a little trip this weekend and will be in the Reading area, Sunday is looking like a day where i will be able to go and fish.

I am prepared to make the journey up to Oxford way, possibly linear but i know little about the venue and was wondering if they had a runs water that held a good stamp of doubles with the possibility of a 20?

If there is anywhere else that holds the above i would love to hear it.

Kind regards,

Daniel
