Thanks both, that's great to hear. The TA and CA were the others I was looking at so this one is massive saving 👍👍

Yes, me. Get it. I paid more and it’s still worth it. I use it for the majority of the time. Also have an Aqua Combi, Trakker Armo, Cotswold Le Graviers, Thinking Anglers and Korda! It’s very similar to the TA one.

Bumping this thread.

I'm in the market for a new mat and would like to get one with a beanie topper. Most are over £100 which I was OK with but the Heritage one is £70.

Any users? Not bothered if it's made in UK, just if it's any good because there is very little info online about it.

Cheers

The Heritage stuff was made in the U.K. originally by HM supplies in Camberley. It was cheaper to buy the stuff directly without the Heritage badge on.

If anything is made in the UK it will be shouted from the roof tops

Echo that

And if it’s not and people claim it is

I suppose with these very small companies it is possible that their stuff is made in the UK.
When it comes to unique stuff I would've thought you'd need to sell it in reasonable quantities to be able to set up manufacturing in China and ship it back here?

I'm guessing they click a couple of chinese manufactured things together for the unhooking mat as they only say 'constructed'

On the unhooking mat it says

•Carry handle with Velcro strap
•Fish friendly velcro retaining flap
•Available in our DPM with olive trim and webbing.
•Only 2.6kg in total
•Constructed in Britain

Does make you wonder how many of the products are actually made in the uk. But that’s the same for most companies

Didn't Aqua get told to drop the Union Flag for the same reason?

I notice it says 'British designed ' not 'British made'

So no more right to shag the flag and claim 'heritage' than
Nash, Trakker, Aqua .

Seems reasonable - if it is anything like the TA mat then it will be money well spent.

Same sort of ethos as Born & Bred carp products looking at the site ,T's, Hoodies, pin badges, mugs few bespoke items etc... looks like the unhooking mats they both sell are very similar small difference in cost but a reasonable price for this type of mat around the same as TA or Aqua mats.

Really like their products - superb quality, and very reasonably priced. Not only that, but their customer service is second to none - had a very minor issue with a delivery that they went above and beyond to fix.

Credit where it's due - we see lots of threads complaining about companies or products, so, in the interest of balance, I thought I'd highlight a great company, selling great products, who care a great deal about their customers. Have a look.
