I had the Korda crimp tool when they kept snapping at the clamp
Swapped for a pro logic one and not had any problems since
I can use the Korda crimps with it or the pro logic ones.
I assume it's still available

Hi all
Just got some boom to make up some rigs but can't get hold of a korda crimp tool for love or money.

I had a look at the pre made booms and they were knotted not crimped.
My local shop called korda and they said they should have had a crimp but got sent out with a knot which is known as the perfection knot.

Anyone used this knot before? I'd never heard of it before.
I normally use a figure of eight but not sure if the boom material would be too thick?
