Such a shame that he has felt the need to price that highly. I've narrowed my choice down to ub baits, koda (difficult to see what's available) and advanced hookbaits. All look good.

In reply to Post #44 Yep definitely too much, I’ve only used the wafters but won’t be paying those prices.
In reply to Post #47 They are good baits but not £16.99 good, plenty of others out there that perform as well.
In reply to Post #46 You’ll get a few people chirp up soon saying how ingredients and quality is worth it.what a load of bullocks. Just being mugged off, knowingly, but mugged off all the same

In reply to Post #45 I used to love the baitroom but I will never pay that amount. It's just taking us for fools personally.
In reply to Post #44 they are!
Just seen that the baitroom has gone up to £16.99 for the pop ups and £4.50 for the booster. I don't know about anyone else but I think these prices are rediculous.

In reply to Post #1 Impulse MK2’s...

In reply to Post #21 Any idea on price?
I’m not sure I bought 2 pots of the signature pop ups in 14 and 16mm for the pure fact of them being washed out in colour and multicoloured in the pot ( Pain in the arse buying 3 pots of the same flavour just to have different colours)

In reply to Post #26 Never had issues with stickies pop ups, overly buoyant but never had them out over 24 hours. Still have some from 5 years ago so not sure if they changed their recipe?
In reply to Post #36 I've had them but never actually caught on them. Look great though.
In reply to Post #34 He is using old liquids though so they could be 20 or 30 years old
In reply to Post #36 Great hookbaits 👌🏼
Good friend swears by Specialised hook baits s2 , I’ll be getting my order in very soon
In reply to Post #33 I have 2 tubs of the original mulberry special and 1 tub of the original special done well on the mulberry ones and had a couple on the other ones I find that they go to soft after a few hours in the water
In reply to Post #33 oooohhhh, there is a thing, expiry dates on liquids who does them
Buy little and often, and from a reputable source, should be ok then.
In reply to Post #32 Thought about the hi attract specials before but I would be concerned about the age of the liquids going into each product.
In reply to Post #1 High Attract specials, UB baits, PJPU's ,CC Moore NS+1
Glad I'm not the only one with sticky wafters
Also tried some DNA milky malts and they seem good buoyancy
In reply to Post #29 Did years ago but don't really have the time anymore
In reply to Post #28 You won’t be disappointed with any of them but the ting tongs are excellent
Roll your own cork balls.
In reply to Post #18 Which do you think is best? Just looking at ub now. Any recommendations?
In reply to Post #21 Which ones would you recommend?
In reply to Post #24 Probably the worst pop ups I’ve had the pleasure of buying, more like a wafter
In reply to Post #24 They make great wafters👍🏻
In reply to Post #1 Sticky baits all day for me.
Has anyone tried advanced hookbaits?
I've used the bait room for a few years, but I think the prices are a complete joke now. £15.99 for a pot of pop ups. There is not they are quality products but I can't see how he can justify that much. I think having just seen that I will be making a change.
Can I throw Mark Dean Koda Pops into the mix. Rolls a good Cork ball does Mark. You can find him on Facebook and Insta.
In reply to Post #12 IMHO mate they are on par with baitroom but half the price 👍🏻
For buoyancy it’s got to be proper job pop ups, I like there nutty maple cream
Baitroom or ub baits for me, huge amount of confidence in both 👍
In reply to Post #1 Northern specials, always use the + version and never had any problems with them
Unless your " matching the hatch" how important is the base mix? Surely as long as the attractors do the job then it's a hooked fish. Is it important to have a top class high protein base mix in a pop up?
In reply to Post #11 How long does it take for them to lose the colour?
In reply to Post #1 UB for me , fantastic hook baits
In reply to Post #10 Had some great catches on the sticky krill pop ups (the brown version). The pink version didn't score that well and there buchy berry was horrible. I Assume each 'famous' brand has good and bad stuff
In reply to Post #10 Always fancied ub. How do they compare to the bait room?
In reply to Post #6 Jason's are really good, on a high protein base not like other ones out there.....filled with quality liquid contents too....
Baitroom are good as are proper job and ub but sticky pop ups are rubbish
In reply to Post #1 Haven't used many different brands.
But in no particular order, sticky baits, DT bait have always been ok for me.
Proper job pop ups are the most buoyant I've used and done ok with them too.
In reply to Post #7 I need to try Jason's. I have used specialized in the past but never done well on them.
Specialized hookbaits or Jason hayward baits are really good
Jason’s are very good pop ups.
In reply to Post #3 I never got on with proper job pop ups. Are Jason haywards good? I've been meaning to try them? Have you ever used the hooks?
In reply to Post #2 Nice choice I like his harvest fizz and mulberry ones. Had loads of fish on both
In reply to Post #2 Buoyancy wise nothing even comes close to Proper Jobs IMO. Quality wise I'm a snob so home made ones, either on Shilhams chod mix or corkballs come out tops. That said, Jason Hayward's 'specials' are very, very good
In reply to Post #1 Mitch's Baitroom all day long, top bloke, great baits, not the cheapest but the best imho.take ya pick from his range, they all pump out the best food signals and work really well.if i was pushed to use one id go Pineapple Pro.
What's everyone's favourite pop ups? Mine come from either the bait room or scientific baits.
