Shakespeare do a nice rod in their sigma range that;s around the £50 - £60 quid mark. Two tips as said and should be good for your all round river fishing on the feeder etc.

edit - link below - They're offering £5 off your first order over £30 so you can pick one up for just under £50

A lot of them will come as twin tip avons with a solid and a quiver tip, these will be perfect. Drennan do a nice one but I don't know your budget

Sounds like you need an Avon Rod.

im new to this kind of fishing but want to start fishing some smsll stretches of river for chub roach perch etc

What kind of rod do i need? Ive got a 10ft ngt feeder rod but its very cheap and not sure it can handle much

https://nextgenerationtackle.com/feeder-max-10ft-2pc-2-tip-feeder-rod/

There are barbel presant too so would need to be able to cope if i hooked one

I want to use a feeder or sometimes a float depending on what i fancy, is there one rod to do it all?

Any recommendations on something under 50 quid?
