GB news is MSM no?

To be honest, I don't really engage much with any of the mainstream news at all.

Know that feeling well, the mainstream U.K papers seem so superficial nowadays, heading more and more toward trending articles (note I didn't call it news )

Al Jazeera, I like it a lot, says it like it is in a lot of cases, is it bias, I don't know and tbh I don't care.

My father in law is 73, so a certain age, he watches Al Jazeera almost exclusively (he put me onto it), pops onto Sky every now and then, not a fan of GB or BBC News. He watches news most of the day, when footballs not on or some doc or other....is there that much news drives his wife mad.

I'll 2nd that

The ONLY news Channel that says it as it is and does not omit anything or ignore anything.

Some of the other presenters-

Ray Mears
Neil Oliver
Michele Dewberry
Kirsty Gallagher
Rosy Wright
Simon McCoy
Mark Steyn
Patrick Christys

It's making the other Channels look like utter Muppets!

Mainline news stations have become too PC and left wing.

Radio not much better either quite a few loonies

Of course the worst is anything on social media, loony tunes.

Bring back spitting image they portrayed the politicians so well.

Can't recommend a news channel but can agree with your thoughts. Could you imagine if they were about back in WW1 and WW2

Can anyone recommend a good news programme/channel?

I am fed up with continuous down facing news from the main players, BBC, ITV, Channel4 and 5, SKY, LBC and TalkRadio. I know its all about the virus now but for petes sake does it all have to be doom and gloom.
They are all trying to out do each other on news stories and the Journo's are trying to out gotcha the other stations and Ministers.

The BBC the other day made an apology over misidentifying a person saying they were a NHS Trust Leader downgrading them to a procurement officer over the need to contact Burberry and Barbour. But only on their website.

I am not looking for only good news but a balanced view would be great!

To be quite honest the MSM and journalists had an opportunity to do good and help calm the nation, but all they have done is show themselves up as the true ********s they are. But that's demeaning to ********s as at least they are useful
