In reply to Post #4 A 10lb bass now days is a fish of a life time. Well done mate👍🏻 My biggest is still only 5lb off the beach in Folkestone caught on peeler crab.

I only fish for them on lures here on the south coast of Cornwall and for a few months in the summer / autumn and I’m still dreaming of a double after years of trying. What a fish... Dreamland...

Story of the year so far a Monster Bass of 22lb was caught in Bristol channel last night and the captor released it amazing She must be at least 40 years old I would guess and she is back swimming what a genuine Angler huge respect
