Just came back from a week on lac Mervent in France doing some open water fishing. Few of the captures including few 30s, high 20s and biggest being 41.3lbs which for a 300 - 400 acre open water I was chuffed with.

Great result that 👍 Those fish look like they've got a lot of room for growth, some good lookers too, great pics 😎

Yeah they were pristine fish. The mouth on the 41.3lbs common literally only had the mark at the bottom right where my hook hold was. It was unmarked otherwise

Not where we were fishing tbh but made life a lot easier. Certain spots you would only be able to reach with a boat but others you can access with some walking.
