Most of mine are iPhone .mov files which I believe aren’t compatible.
Edit: I’m looking at various converter programmes to convert .mov files. Some are free but I don’t want to get into the old Photobucket situation when after using it for a while they try to blackmail you into paying for it with threats of deletions.
