Looking to buy a 3 rod pod, I've got all solar bank ware but can't justify paying £300 for a pod to put my buzz bars on just for 1 lake im fishing. Looking for a good sturdy rod pod, something under £80 is possible, that I can just leave in my barrow in case I need. Any suggestions will be appreciated 👍

Could you not go down the cross bar route so you can continue to use the rest of your bank ware ?

Why do you need the pod? Could you use stage stands with your existing kit instead?

if your current buzz bars can be goalpoast the you can just buy the Cygnet pod base.
That's what I've done, packs super small and is light. Then just put current bars/banksticks into it when needed.

Solar A1 Ground Pod - light weight / compact / stable. Locking collars aren't the greatest but you can probs pick one of these up for £50 on FBM . . .alternatively consider Sabre Terrain X if you want a bit more flexibility - more of a faff to set up but decent value for the £

No mate, I do have stage stands, but some of the pegs are concrete flags on top of scaffold bars out in the water if you get me. No space either side of the pegs to put the sticks either.

I've just bought a Advanta session pod for £60i, its a decent pod

I've got the Solar A1 ground pod, but the total fishing version that has the adjustable buzz bars. It's pretty good for the price (£120 a couple of years ago) it's quite tight with 14000 reels but you can still get the middle rod put without disturbing the other 2 rods. The bag is really good quality too.

Used it for the first time last weekend. Didnt bother with the bag so just had to pull the legs out to set up. No isues with it at all.
