If you type in Shimano Ice Washers in Youtube there's plenty of videos showing changing washers.
Just make sure you use the right size screwdriver and push firmly on the screw as you turn, other wise you'll just damage the screw which you don't want lol .
And make sure you organise the washers when you take them off so you put them back in the right order.
Straight forward - done it with my 14000 ci4's to slow the drag down.
But as said, give them time first.

Depends on the lead weight and size of bag.

Any decent Wide Gape Hook.
I don't think any aggressive inturned eye \ curved piece of rubber\plastic on the end of a hook, aids in hooking a fish! Dream on...
One for another day I guess. :D

Hi mate, that Slip D is pretty wirey out the packet, but you want that if you're going to use the same rig over time. Otherwise you'll end up with something too supple and prone to tangling.
Once tied, get hold of the 'braid' bit and twiddle\twist it around with your fingers.
This will initially loosen it.
Even if you don't do that, over time it will naturally loosen if you keep using the same rig. (as intended)
Personally, I don't use the same one over time and re-tie mine (I tie it different, as I don't like the 'slip' part), and as such, I use the TA Duo Fleck as it's slightly more supple.
FWIW, 'Pecky' discussed it in one of the recent CarpFix Podcasts. Can't rem. which one.

Only tried the 15lb which is a true 0.35 in my opinion, and TBox line test agree.
Pros: Nice colour (personal) , low stretch (for a mono) , casts well. Goes on lovely and limp.
Cons: Doesn't sink that great.
It eventually twists badly just like every other mono I've tried.

The EA should have done the right thing and banned Boats and Drones.
Terrible that they should have been allowed into fishing.
And what about Nature?

Had a quick scan through the thread - this one stood out.
Seriously.... what a completely stupid argument \ comparison.

I use a quick clip set up, which I like to keep on (ex. hooklink) in the rod bag.
So I'm having to clip the quick change lead clip to my loop \ reel handle but I insist on having the spool tight\down to the Reel Body to negate debris into the Reel \ Spool.
When I pack up, aligning everything with slow oscillation makes this all a PITA
Amongst the other things mentioned in this thread.....
Dunno if this makes sense - I'm late \ tired, why did I bother typing this lol. :D

Bail Arm \ finger position on the cast.
Packing down in the Rod bag.
Though I do think the feature probably does give a few extra yards.
Are you sure?
