Hi All,
I'm in the market for some new wrapping sticks as I had a birds nest on my one's and I'm hoping for some longer ones as mine are only about 12 inches.
Any recommendations?
I would just use longer bank sticks but I want some with grooves at the bottom and top really

I would say ngt deluxe sticks on a budget or fox korda if money is no object.
I keep meaning to buy some new myself as Ive had the bird nest issue a few times but then forget till next time it happens lol

I just put a load of elastic bands at 2 inch intervals up my sticks work for me stops the nesting

I did the same on my avid sticks using rubber o rings, does the job, and cheaper than new sticks.

Get sticks with grooves or try the rubber band trick.

I love my ESP sticks. USed the Fox ones for years but did have occasional birdsnests with braid. ESP for me have been better. They are thin and easy to get in the ground and have grooves which have pretty much eliminated tangles.
Got them second hand off Marketplace so they were pretty cheap too

I use a pair of 36" Gardener original screw-in Brolly Poles. Heavy duty - but bombproof.
Constructed from ¾ inch (19mm) solid lightweight high tensile Aluminium with machine threaded tip, so it is as tough as they come.
I like the Steel T-Bar for winding into really hard banks, no banging

I have a set of the Summit sticks - can't comment on how they compare to JAG/Korda but they are nice bits of kit and are worth a look.
