A friend of mine use them and won’t use anything else and he use to own a small bait company and packed it in as he was getting to busy it was taking over his life
And he said he was the best he found
He did say u need to order your bait and just wait for it he said if u keep messaging him he makes u wait longer😂

Boats are here to stay like it or not we have no choice on that one

I own a boat have owned about 4/5 nothing fancy just the usual suspects wave runners mainly
I hate them I enjoy casting where possible im not the biggest caster even had a lesson with mr Edmund this year to try and improve that got new rods to try and help
I agree it levels the playing field and then some makes a bad angler a better angler in some cases but also makes a bad angler worse

If a bad angler has no concept of fish safety and fishing etiquette it will make them a nightmare running over other people lines fishing in snags dumping 10kg of uncooked tigers 400 yrds out you all get the picture

But as said it helps the disabled anglers the angler who knows his water craft who can’t cast 200yrds or how ever many wraps that is the person who can afford a second hand shuttle or actor for £300 and fish with his budget rods and reels who couldn’t or doesn’t want to spend over 2k on rods and reels

I used mine in France this year quicker and easier to just drop 2 kg on my spot save smashing the spod rod every where all in 60/80yrds I could reach done 60plus fish in 6 days went through 50kg of bait that would have been some spodding

But don’t forget fish also spook of neat 1kg neat piles of bait the soon learn it’s a trap

But it’s a big no to drones for me give the fish a chance

I’ve had 2 bank tackle spinner swivels open and bend on me never again doing cheap end tackle

Binned all my spinner swivels because I mixed bank with Korda and had to replace the lot an expensive mistake to save a pound 🫣

No but it just looks like temu tackle

Thanks vossy we had to work hard for the fish
Finding them losing them then finding them again

Feel like if the weather was cooler and kinder could have realy took the place apart just never had the energy with the heat

Just got back from there

F me the heat was unbelievable mostly 40 all week
2 of us fished (plus wife having a few fish ) and done over 100 fish out of b1 had some cats but not a lot

The big carp hid from us 2x40 grassys 5 x30s plus about 40 20s 2x100lb cats

Venue not as good as last year Bert and Liam have left so new ballifs not quite up to speed yet but can’t complain over the fishing especially when we got told we wouldn’t beat are tally from last year of 74 fish as it wasn’t fishing well

Done a week last yr on bounty 60 odd carp 15 cats I’m back there next week I’ll let you know how I get on

When I was younger I was a dab hand with a catapult so had a great idea to put the lead in the catty and fire it low and hard under some over hanging trees on an island

Needless to say mega fail rig wrapped around the elastic lead wacked my knuckles line birds nested everywhere
