I'm looking to get a new set of buzzer bars to replace my singlez. Can any recommend a decent bank stick and stabiliser which doesn't break the bank as still getting over the price I saw in custom angling solution sticks. Not bothered if black or stainless as not yet decided what bars to get

Summit Tackle have knocked a bit off their Cobalt Black range, worth checking out for very well made bankware,and it's black and stainless.

I also like the Summit gear - own a few of their banksticks.
I do agree about the tightener though - you can of course tighten them without but it's little painful on the fingers, and it makes them super solid.

The Cygnet 20/20 cross bars are excellent as stabilisers for any 16mm sticks and £9.99 for a pair at TFT. They've got the torque thumbscrews in various finishes for £2-£3 a pair as well.
