Anyone know where I'd be able to pick up a decent dog mixer online. Telly struggling to get any in the big supermarkets these days. It looks like the big pet food manufacturers are moving across to a more nutritional dry dog biscuit rather than the more filler type mixer.

I've seen the Dylan brand online. Any good? Any other ones I should be looking out for??

Suppose it depends what use they're for fishing wise, ie, catapulting at distance these won't be any good but I've used Tesco Own Brand dry dog food for quite a long time, plenty of odd shapes to keep the fish guessing but also a perfect mixer type one and a larger red mixer type.

I keep meaning to try the Sonubaits Oily Floaters which are well regarded but can't find them anywhere local.

I was reccomended Bakers Meaty Meals a little while back, haven't used anything else since, really rate them. They're quite big but other than that they're great, really heavy, float quite low in the water and quite oily out of the bag

There still about. Smaller than they used to be. And bloody expensive.

That's the analogy I was looking for re the big red ones in the Tesco complete, same sort of size. I don't fish any waters with really big fish and can imagine those filling the fish up quickly, the ducks struggle with those too

They look good Andy, I must say. What are they like for catapulting out?

Crypto, Hobart, or kenwood major for smaller mixes.

Couldn't help myself.

Morrisons or tescos.

Crypto, Hobart, or kenwood major for smaller mixes.... I see what you done there...

When ever I've gone in Tesco or Morrisons they never have them in stock. Even online it says out of stock. Maybe I'm just unlucky.

Well I have managed to source a Mixer. And they seemed to have plenty on the shelf 5,10kg bags aswell.. Pets at home.. £5.50 for 5kg not a bad price. Not had a chance to use them yet. Will let you know how I get on.
Are you sure?
