I like wearing caps with a peak mainly because I wear glasses now and it keeps them clear of the rain etc but its awkward wearing a head torch with one
over the years I have tried tons of different options built in led`s clip on ones loads
WELL!!!!!! at last I have found a truly perfect light its way different to anything else
so well made rock solid and just like I was using my normal headlight its even got a headband to make it like a normal headlight if you want too
I dont care about the colour so bought the red one as its cheaper than the orange at £6.99 delivered it must be the bargain of the year check it out if you like wearing a cap 500 lumen

Yes my normal headtorch is a Nitecore NU25 or the SUNBLESA copy
but this wonderful bit of kit is actually more powerful at 500 lumens at full power but its got 3 levels so suits any situation
its truly astonishing your gonna love it
dont think there is anything that comes close on the market

look decent and ordered one . I can see also sorts of uses for this including lighting up the surroundings when doing self takes.

are you sure you got the right one as there isnt a black option that I can see ? but if you have its a right result you need to charge it up the power switch is red when charging and turns green when fully charged

Yeah got the one in your link. Had two options, orange or red. I got the cheaper one (red I think) but when it came it was black

Have any of you tried using the censor for turning it on and off mine doesn't seem to work, not really bothered but thought it may be useful sometimes.

I think the sensor is pony and a feature I will never ever use pointless
IMHO only thing I wished it had was a red or green light option
@ Hudson looking on the bottom of the case it say red, black,orange,blue , green
so 3 more colours

I bought THIS ONE about a year ago and it has a red light (plus a couple of different brightness settings). It has the remote sensor which works as expected but when sitting in a bivvy, moving around, close to the roof etc, it comes on and off too much for my liking. Also doubles up as a light for self takes - not enough by itself - but pretty good when combined with a camera flash.
