Have the tube facing down with the refill on the floor so everything is inline.It should just slide on nice and easily then

I personally find the esp stuff always ladders for the first foot or so and then it's fine

I've been getting mine off eBay for the last few year's seller LH Creation never had any problems with putting it onto the tube

Use an ESP mini marker as a guide to steer the Pva onto the tube
Once you get the hang of it it's easy

Best to do indoors.
If it's a damp\humid day it can be very difficult.

It's the 35mm I use , fine crumbed bolie and 4mm pallets bags are roughly made 2inch long use them all year round no problems with it what so ever , im not fishing at deep venues though average depths 6/8ft

I've had some mesh refill from alli express delivered today and gone on my old tube of fox mesh I used to use,I'm out fishing now but using bags so I'll try them out tomorrow

I usually buy my refills from Westmore, the top band is elasticated and slides straight on, never waste any.
