No doubt this will raise a few laughs but we are replacing one of our toilets at home.
We have two Ideal Standard toilets and since they were installed neither of them flush very well, the water doesn't swirl around very well leaving bits of poo.
When I use toilets elsewhere I noticed the water does a better job so I think it's the design Ideal Standard used 25 years ago.
I see rimless toilets are now available. A rimless toilet is a toilet without a rim where the water would normally flow from in a traditional toilet. Instead of water flushing down, a rimless toilet has a flushing system that shoots water towards the edge and around the toilet bowl leaving no spots missed.
So my question, I'm fed up with poo so what type and manufacturers of toilets do a good flush?

I'd go for a high level cistern, ie one with a flush pipe and a nine litre cistern
Close coupled cisterns are normally six litres and don't flush very well leaving lots of little bits of poo behind 😊

Yes with the higher head of water a high cistern would be the best but 'er indoors says no.

Miss Matched cistern to pan are very common as manufacturers had vast stocks of pans that they fitted dual flush six litre cisterns to.

Currently putting a rimless through testing at the minute, while I'm staying with my folks.
It has performed well so far, but I haven't given it a Monday morning seeing to after a full day of Sunday grazing.

Yes the Monday morning evacuation is always a good test.
