Hi all, I'm after a new rod support setup and would like your opinions/advice. To satisfy the needs of the various venues I fish I have the following requirements:
3 rod adjustable buzz bars - Reels are Penn Affinity 7000 and would like some room between each but not huge, just enough to fish comfortably
4 x banksticks - sometimes I will move 1 rod so this will allow me to fish that rod as a single
Bars and Sticks
So far I have looked at offerings from Century, NBryce, Matrix, Custom Angling Solutions, Summit Tackle, Fox, Korda and JAG.
Out of these I have narrowed it down to either Century Stealth, NBryce Carbon or the Summit Tackle Colloseum. The JAG 2plus1 seems the logical choice however they are out of my price range.
Bobbins
The Jag Safeliners and Summit Colloseums are the ones that sound as though they would fulfill my needs for the ranges I fish as I very rarely fish long range.
I know the obvious would be to go and look in a shop however I have no places near to me that stock the options I have narrowed it down to.
So my questions are; out of the options are there any pros or cons with them or is it just down to personal preference with looks? Are there any options I haven't mentioned that I should look at?

Always used jag, brilliant gear and brilliant customer service. Look on ebay. I got two brand new in there boxes 316 2 plus 1's for the price of one bar. Im not sure if Keith does buzz bars at mps but his gear is superb as well.

I would suggest taking a look at the solar gear as well for sticks, bars and bobbins. Good quality, not cheap but a little less than Jag and a few of the others you have on the list

I agree with that, Solar do some good stuff, banksticks, pod and the Titanium Indicators

I use the Jag Super Compact Pod and wouldn't change it for anything; with regard to the Safe Liners, they're very sleek and as such I found them quite difficult to see. Worth bearing in mind.

Bite the bullet and go Jag - light and strong as well as being simple and easy to adjust (bankstick/buzz bar extension) with superior locking mechanisms

If you can get your head around not having adjustables but still want to be able to swap to two rods and a single, from three then maybe look at the Sub/Jag bars. Which you can then tailor to the sizes you want. Jag quality without the 2+1 prices. Only available on line I believe.
Failing that go and see jag at the Manchester show or farnborough and haggle. I'm sure they'll look after you and you can play around with the gear first.

Chris Brown Products and Custom Angling Solutions, both made in the UK, and great back up from these two makers.
Have used both for years and years without complaint, and see no reason to ever look elsewhere.

Cheers all that's definitely given me some extras to look at.
Andy, I've joined the Facebook group and definitely some much cheaper items on there so I'm keeping an eye out.
If nothing comes up I think I'm leaning more towards the Summit CB 3 rod adjustables and their colloseum bobbins. Can't see many reviews on the bars but their other products seem great so gives me some confidence.

Jag all the way for me I wouldn't even consider anything else, the quality is amazing and the customer service is great apparently but I've never had to use it lol
I use everything from the pods (compact black mk2), sticks, buzz bars (2+1s) and even the bobbins (safeliners) I can't fault any of it
