One more cast (question) 
I'm going to keep my 10ft rods for when I go fishing without the baitboat, so i'm looking for new 12ft rods, will fish between 110/150 yards with it (dont need distance cast rods because i will only use them with bait boat)
First had in mind the Ctx 12ft 3.00 cork (am from Belgium and only available in the UK for a normal price)
Can also buy a 3 set of Free spirit Es in very good condition (does it have enough body to play a fish well at such distances)
Which rods are also recommended for using with an baitboat at far distance and dont feel stiff?

I've been using bait boats at distance for a long time now and my advice is get a stiff rod, a soft rod will collapse just from the weight of your line be it mono or braid.

Meh can buy a 3 set Free spirit s range es 12ft 2.75 for £285 what a steel
But probely not suitable for 150/165 yard with the bait boat?

you will be fine with your 10 footers as long as they have a decent test curve (3lb +).
I always go to some 10 footers as first choice when dropping from a boat or baitboat.
Loads and loads of vids out there of guys with scopes in boats and dropping at 150yards +

My Daiwa Cast'izm's are 3.lb, actually find them a pleasure to fish with but i 100% want the do a reel upgrade, i now have the 5500 Xtd (the mismatch drives me crazy) would like the buy the Daiwa emblem 45 scw qd sd (new fold handle version with black spools) but is this not too big on a 10Ft rod?
My Daiwa Cast'izm's are 3.lb, actually find them a pleasure to fish with but i 100% want the do a reel upgrade, i now have the 5500 Xtd (the mismatch drives me crazy)

I use ss2600 on my 10' rods. Out of curiosity I once put my Tournies on the ten footers and I found them too big. To me the Emblem 45 SCW would feel to big on a 10' rod.
I know the line capacity on the 2600 isn't right for your baitboat work, but I think the original Cast'izm reels or Emblem 25C QD would be a great fit for your Cast'izm rods. I know they cost more than the 45 SCW, but you just saved £285 on the FS rods

tbh mate, i cant see any benefit in changing the rods or reels for fishing using a baitboat.
That said, the free spirit and scw would also do the job.

Daiwa emblem 45 scw qd sd are coming Friday gonne keep my Daiwa cast"izm 10ft for now, if i have the feeling i need a upgrade later i will wait till the new Free spirit range comes out (replacement for the E class) and will see what I buy then.

Please don't take this the wrong way but 110-150 isn't distance fishing with a boat, double/treble it now you're talking. At real distance fishing there's also a misconception you need a stiff rod to set a hook, by the time you get a indication of a bite with nylon the hook will aleady have been set, even more so with braid simply due to resistance and the size of lead required to hold position due to under tow.
I've always thought one of the advantages of a bait boat is to get your bait to distance with a nice playing rod, the only reason I'd use a stiffer rod is if I had to cast there or there was a need to bully the fish from say snags

2 shops in Belgium told me that the Fs es is more than good enough to fish at such distances and that despite being 2.75lb the Fs es has more body than the Ctx 12 ft 3lb
1 very well known uk shop/custom rod bulder told me the FS es is too soft and isn't capable of setting hooks or controlling fish at that sort of range and that I should go for the 12ft ctx 3/3.25 lb.
He also told me to only use a 10ft at distances like that if you can use a belly/rubber boat

Not sure I'd want to be casting a bait boat out with any rod to be honest

The general perception of what is required at range differs quite a bit between IK and EU/Belgium.
I've been fishing 10ft rods since 2016. Canals, small lakes, big reservoirs + rubber boat, but I've also caught 20kg carp from long range (150m+) without use of a boat (what can happen if you've got only 1 boat for 2 anglers)
But it all depends on the water and potential space you've got to play a fish.
The general perception of what is required at range differs quite a bit between IK and EU/Belgium.
