Just watched a video of some chap making a turbo german rig and he used a lighter to shrink the shrink tubing. Thought it was a great idea as it means you dont have to boil a kettle. Thing is, i havent got a clue what this lighter would be called. It didnt have a flame, just a hole with a blue light in it. Anyone got any ideas?

Had a search and the only ones i can find have a large flame. This one didnt have a flame at all.

Ive just gone back and tried to watch it in slow-mo and i can just about see a teeny tiny kind of flame. Its about 1:40 into the video.

You can turn it down so the flame is much smaller.

Yeah they are,you can use the very tip of the flame.I bought one from ebay for this very reason

Search on amazon for TORJET lighters. Best there is for carpy needs. Cheap and refillable.
