Here now, lightning almost constant, never seen it like this in the UK before.

My dogs shaking like a leaf over reading way and no the carp aint biting..yet! Lol

Been watching and listening to it coming over from NW London. Rolling thunder and illuminated skies, awesome spectacle

Some litter has been blown into my garden...I'm shocked I tell you, shocked !

Had it in Essex about 1, woke me up *******

I slept through it in NW London, left for work at 04.45 floor was 'damp' but no signs of heavy rain here? hope the storm and recent hot weather do not cause fisheries oxygen problems.

missed Hillingdon Uxbridge completely

I woke up just after 2am when Sky came into the bivvy because it was raining. I had to close the bivvy door and open up to the mozzi mesh so I could see out.
We had about 3 flashes of lightning, 30minutes of heavy rain then it was gone within 45minutes

Was a spectacle here in the nene valley........thought the Ukraine was invading us.......

i turned off the constant flow into my koi pond last night as the overflow couldnt cope
