Very sad news, This old hobby has lost a real character. Motormouth as we knew him was simply one of our own. God bless him x

Its true and its horrific.... one of the worst things ive seen as once you see it you cant forget it.

Mrs is upstairs crying.... in fairness a great shame as Ted was a big part of the shows mellowness.

Arh carpy.co.uk days.... plenty of nutters on there... throughly enjoyed it. Cemex was good laugh and pretty savage at times..... social media changed things i guess.

Some touching posts on here..... enjoy your fishing lads and i agree theres times in my own life that it was my sanity and my escape.. helped me through bad times..... love it more then ever.

Agree. Titan bivs, early sacks and ultra comfortable beds, early leadclips, bait and oval brollys are all items that imo set the bar although nowdays the only item i still use are his wideboy bedchairs. Certainly in years gone by his contributions were without doubt a big help in pursuit of carp..... nowdays with so much compeition its inevitable that their influence has waned... at least with with an old dinasour like me that does not understand boom boom music, sawn offs, scopes and graffiti(i cant even spell it) style urban behavour!
