Delkim, take a bow!
Had an issue with my RX-D receiver (10 months old). Posted it to them lunchtime on Monday for investigation. Replacement received this morning.

Delkim without a doubt has one of the best customer service providers out there. Not only do they do a no quibble check they even do a system where you can get free parts. I lost my clip of the back of my receiver they sent me one free of charge and they paid the postage

Just a shame the rest cant follow suit. The only other company with the same customer service is jag. Cant fault either of them 👍🏻

Defiant,Edel Maya,Primal Hide,Army Andy there are plenty about who are just as good.Delkim are good as they have plenty of practice

Founded in 1976 and still shipping good volume probably the bulk of bite alarms used today.
Yep I emailed for some spares and they got posted out free of charge quickly received.
A bit like marmite for some but clearly a lot us like marmite today 👍

Always top service.
The only faults I have ever had on my Delkims is my own fault, like leaving batteries in to corrode, breaking a wire to the battery connector.
Always repaired and returned the same week.
I did see their Facebook page this morning, 'Do you get your television serviced?'
A nice way of pointing out that electronic items don't need servicing until their is a fault.
At least Delkims go to the warranty and beyond , unlike washing machines...

Best after sales service bar none. All my 3 new delkim txi,s developed different faults after 6 months of use and all were replaced with new alarms without quibble.
No other company comes close.

Got to agree here. I'm a Fox alarm fan, but not a Delkim hater. If you can't produce something with quality control to ensure everything works for the warranty period at minimum. Then you better be prepared to rectify any faults without quibble or cost to the customer.
How many mobile phones develop faults in the first 6 months of use. I've no idea but a comparison would be interesting.

Yeah I'd have thought they would be legally bound to provide a product that can at least last 12 months, being in the top one or two items of it's kind worldwide
