Years ago I had a zippo handwarmer, despite being fairly adept with stoves and otherstuff I could never get it to operate properly..
My wife suffers badly from arthritis in her hands so to help the pain a bit I got her a USB,handwarmer, made by a company called lifesystems..I thought it might be OK..
She's used it a lot ,and tbh,it's brilliant,I may get one myself, plus it charges up a phone if needed..£20,well spent..
Might be of interest to someone who has cold hands

had loads over the years from the early charcoal stick ones but the DADDY pisses all over the zippo
is this push button battery ignition
BUT be warned use it with the supplied cover as it gets very hot

if you are just looking for disposables I highly recommend the Decathlon ones. I use them for Golf as I don't fish anymore in the winter. you get 10 for around 4 pounds and each one lasts c.5/6 hours. Not as hot as what Gerry recommends but definitely worth considering if disposable is what you are after.

I buy a box of 40 pairs of little hotties every couple of years and they do me great for fishing and golf.
